Sycamore Lakes has recently been acquired by Seaside Leisure Parks, a locally established company with family values at heart. We look forward to welcoming new and returning guests to experience our beautifully restored park.
Our History
Following the renovation of the original house—now divided into Mallard and Teal cottages—we excavated Woodland Lake in 1995. All our other lakes are former brick pits that have been lovingly restored to create a tranquil, natural setting.

Stay in our charming Mallard, Mandarin, Rouen, Pintail and Teal cottages, perfect for a cosy countryside retreat.
Log Cabins
Our popular self-catering log cabins nestle beautifully near Island Lake. Choose from: Eider, Muscovy, Goldeneye and Aylesbury.
Holiday Apartments
Located above The Lakes Restaurant, our two well-appointed holiday apartments—Eagle’s Nest and Jenny Wren—offer central access to all four fishing lakes.
Touring & Camping
Opened at Easter 2004, our Touring and Camping Site is adjacent to Specimen and Island Lakes and has been awarded 4 stars by Quality in Tourism. Enjoy a woodland setting with panoramic lake views. All new plots feature: Concrete bases, Electric, water, and mains gas supplies
Our Touring and Static Sites provide the perfect spot to relax in nature.

The Lakes Restaurant serves delicious lunches and evening bar meals in a welcoming atmosphere.
